I have had a battle with anxiety for years and years. I thought I was handling it fine but I am now going back to every issue I had in the worst stage of my life. Intrusive thoughts, the worst posssible self talk, and of course random feelings of my heart rate going crazy on top of anxiety making me think I'm having a heart attack.
