Recipe: Ingredients • 12 oz fresh cranberries • 1/2 cup sugar • 1/4 cup water • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced • 1 tbsp lime juice • pinch salt • 16 oz cream cheese, softened • chopped cilantro, optional • crackers Directions 1. Simmer cranberries, sugar and water 8–10 minutes until berries pop and mixture thickens 2. Cool completely; stir in jalapeño, lime and salt 3. Spread softened cream cheese on a platter and spoon chilled cranberry mixture over top 4.
