We had a customer come in every so often and he made every single female employee so uncomfortable that when he would come in it was routine for all of us to SPRINT to the break room and then when he left a male employee would come get us and bring us back out. Of course our manager never banned him from the store so this went on until I quit because I couldn’t deal with it anymore.

and unfortunately if youre like me, my past manager literally had encouraged it for one specific customer, for the entire crew, whereas i had no clue. So when he came in to make a specific request, and i didnt know it, guess who got ostracized by my manager? Me. Whatever girl.
