@sabr.stories4: When did you last call her — just to talk? Listen to this slowly. 📞 A man asked the Prophet ﷺ who most deserves his good companionship: قَالَ: ثُمَّ أَبُوكَ “Who among people most deserves my good companionship?” He said: “Your mother.” He asked: “Then who?” He said: “Then your mother.” He asked: “Then who?” He said: “Then your mother.” He asked: “Then who?” He said: “Then your father.” — Sahih Muslim 2548 · Sahih (also in Sahih al-Bukhari 5971) And Allah says: فَلَا تَقُل لَّهُمَآ أُفّٖ وَلَا تَنۡهَرۡهُمَا وَقُل لَّهُمَا قَوۡلٗا كَرِيمٗا “…say not to them [so much as] ‘uff’, and do not repel them, but speak to them a noble word.” (Qur’an 17:23) She called three times. You were busy… with nothing. One day you’ll be the one calling, and the phone will just ring. That day hasn’t come yet — so close this and call her. And if she’s gone, raise your hands:
