But honestly, I don’t see any mention on military / government institutions being non partisan- one of the biggest issues we currently face is the army bias favouring NRM policy and activities. We need to separate the military from civilian issues entirely

You cant just release political prisoners fwa. They must be compensated and given government incentives to forgive those who have wronged them. A monthly stipend for food, transport and medication must be given to them on special cards (if you give them cash they might use it to fund violence).
