People should retake driving again for constantly speeding instead of going of said regular speed on the signs. No reason for these speedos to drive like they have somewhere to be while everybody else is moving the smoothest as they can be.

Omg I saw this on citizen and knew the mom was seriously injured when she did not go check on her baby , there was an older lady on the car as well maybe her mom that was badly injured too ,there must be cameras I bet the person at fault was also injured and probably went to the hospital hopefully they can find him/her
