It was testified to during the trial that Lindsay weaned off everything except Trazadone and Ativan in mid December. Patrick admitted to confiscating her meds “for disposal” as instructed by her physicians (i’m a nurse and a previous pharmacy technician I’ve never heard of anyone advising that to a partner) and kept them in his truck. Patrick stated he took his truck on the errands he ran during the crime- so how did Lindsay get access to her meds to “crush them” and sedate herself if Patrick stated they were with him on his errands? Why were they at therapeutic levels if she stopped taking them in mid December? My suspicion is Patrick had been crushing them for weeks and putting them in her food and drinks. Look up the effects of crushing time released Seroquel and the other meds she had stopped- paranoia, hallucinations, anxiety, severe depression, and risk for overdose to name a few. Patrick stating the meds were crushed in her drink was an admission. How would he know what she did if the cameras were down and he wasn’t there? He said that because that’s what he had been doing to her. I think he induced her mental health issues by microdosing her with her crushed meds unbeknownst to her and then used it against her to frame her for this crime. I think he planned this for weeks, and I think he had help. From a doctor possibly🤨? Also look up the drug Dr. Danis was clinical trialing… *Allegedly and for entertainment purposes only*

My husband has a traumatic brain injury and we have to give him Seroquel every night for sundowning because he gets very confused and agitated. We give him a 25 mg pill cut in half and it knocks him out for the night.

Not to mention the fact that she was weaned off the Seroquel so it shouldn’t have been in her system at all, but she had near toxic levels. I think that’s what gave it away.
