@alenakhmil: Creamy Lemon Chicken 🍗 Ingredients: Chicken breasts — 2 Cream (12–15%) — 250 g Onion — 1/3 Garlic — 2 cloves Zest & juice of 1/2 lemon Parmesan — 15 g Fresh parsley Salt, black pepper For the marinade: Dried garlic, dried onion, oregano, salt, pepper, mustard, honey, olive oil Make shallow cuts in the chicken breasts. Coat with the marinade and let rest for 20–30 minutes. Sear the chicken on both sides until almost cooked, then remove from the pan. In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion, then add crushed garlic. Pour in the cream, add lemon zest, juice, Parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir well. Return the chicken to the sauce and simmer until fully cooked. Serve with your favorite side dish. Pollo Cremoso al Limón 🍗 Ingredientes: Pechugas de pollo — 2 Nata (12–15%) — 250 g Cebolla — 1/3 Ajo — 2 dientes Ralladura y zumo de 1/2 limón Parmesano — 15 g Perejil fresco Sal, pimienta negra Para marinar: Ajo en polvo, cebolla en polvo, orégano, sal, pimienta, mostaza, miel, aceite de oliva Haz cortes superficiales en las pechugas. Úntalas con la marinada y deja reposar 20–30 minutos. Dora el pollo por ambos lados hasta que esté casi hecho y retíralo de la sartén. En la misma sartén, sofríe la cebolla picada y añade el ajo machacado. Incorpora la nata, la ralladura y el zumo de limón, el parmesano, el perejil, sal y pimienta. Mezcla bien. Vuelve a poner el pollo en la salsa y cocina hasta que esté completamente hecho.
