No literally, I used to not want to workout and then I started working out randomly without telling anyone and I lasted 2 months before I had to go to a trip and now that I’m trying to lose weight I had told my whole family and I don’t even end up doing it😩 it’s probably laziness but I keep opening my mouth to tell my family I wanna lose weight and I still don’t end up doing it😂 I might have to start working out in silence

I had to tell this to my husband. He would always tell everyone about new opportunities he was preparing for and literally every time the plans would not go through. He stopped doing that and everything started working out for him 🙌🏼
