I got fired from my first job in 5 weeks cause they said I was too slow at learning the system. And then it took me 10 months to find another job. Absolutely ridiculous

I watched many Gen Z come and go from one job I was at. Honestly it's the bosses. Gen Z doesn't put up with BS and will call out a boss for things, they aren't afraid to use PTO, and they only work their jobs they don't let bosses push them to take an several people's jobs. Bosses are primarily boomers and expect the same unhealthy work ethic.

I'm genz my parents are Genx also military I've been working since I was 12 I drink a lot of tequila but I work to a point I work on all holidays and my birthday I've been at the same job since I was 14

I'm gen z, I only work weekends right now cause I signed up for laundry, only learned housekeeping to help out my boss when they needed someone to do it, but housekeeping is taxing on my body as I have a few injuries that hurt more the longer I'm moving and up on my feet, but now, I've only been doing housekeeping and I've been in laundry maybe 3 times in the last 4-6 months
