Loved the idea until the lamp . Be great little project for the kids. I would just paint and decorate it into a snowman

An old resistor bulb can reach 260c to the surface. Toilet paper starts emitting gases and gets brown at around 180-200, can catch fire spontaneously at 230c. Use a LED (85-100c surface temp max)
