@thesameerproject: Every morning in Gaza, Palestinians wake up and find a way to carry on. Neighbors look out for one another. Communities organize and make decisions together. People keep doing the work that holds their communities together, even when getting across town is a struggle. Here is one of the community elders in the North who is riding The Sameer Project’s free bus in Al-Nuwairi. His business? Defending the rights of farmers. He tells us how hard it’s been to find transportation and shows us what a free ride makes possible. He has people to see and work to do. The bus helps him get there. This is what it means to keep Gaza moving. Every ride helps someone get back to the work, the people, and the community that count on them.
