I used to be a merchandise manager. I knew every item in my very, very large store. A guy walked up to me, and showed me 3 things on our website to see if we had them. We did not carry them in our store. He said well if they are on the website they should be in the store. I had to explain how big a warehouse is compared to our store. He asked what good was I then.. Like I just save you an hour wandering aimlessly looking for things we didn't have.

Except when they ask for grapes and you confidently and quickly say “no” they don’t believe you because you answered *too* quickly (even tho you only sell lemonade) so they want to waste your time and have you check the back 😂😭

I had a customer have a screaming fit at me because the bed he ordered wasn’t delivered on the date he’d made up in his head. Craziest part was he had the paperwork that said the actual date in front of him whilst he was screaming down the phone at me!
