@thepulse.3: We’ve just got to make a couple more plays… we’ll get back at it and get ready for Rutgers next Saturday.” Rhule added he’s making sure pity doesn’t creep into that locker room. Are the Huskers close, or is this season slipping away? Drop your take below. I think Rhule needs to go! 🥱 #nebraska #huskers #fyp #CollegeFootball #illinois

Kris :

that is the stupidest thing nebraska could do. at this point its a player problem. or an environmental problem.

GuardCats :

The coach won’t matter. Nebraska hasn’t been relevant for 30 years and they won’t be again anytime soon

rods1965 :

It's always a couple more plays. We watch the game it's more than a couple. More like a couple of quarters

Quinn :

You’ve been saying we have to make a couple more plays for 3 years now

user3396784567985 :

I have said it before. Nebraska has gone downhill since we jumped on the coaching carousel. No consistency in the program. Quit giving up after a bad stretch. Every body wanted to fire Osborne for a long time and now he is a legend. Get off the carousel and support what we have. It will pay off in the end.

user4870917935983 :

Can’t afford to. They need to have a home run hire ready the second his contract runs out

Rick Whitesell25 :

start benching guys...awful blind side block for no reason...bench...lead the country in drops...bench...continously PI and getting torched...bench...the lack of discipline is maddening...guys head to the bench and get a pat on the helmet...where is the accountability and outrage at the things that plague the team game in and game out.

noncompliant :

two words Curt Cignetti. National champions in two yrs. Yes the coach matters Rhule has to go.

AJE :

Think of the $$$$ lost again

crazyhorse 01 :

This guys has to go we are becoming the laugh of college football

Rob :

Rhule's contract is for an average of about $11.7M annually. 2027 to 2032 is 6 years. 11.7 x 6 = $70.2M. Rhule's guaranteed money (buyout) is 90% of his contract. Just over $63M.

Noooo! He is the face of Nebraska football! I say we keep him. Go Ducks!

bad santa :

EXCUSES

Desertgolf11 :

He makes so many excuses

nope :

Look at Fonzi in his jacket

Cy Wemhoff :

Just goes to show Nebraska is not for everyone

STLfootball :

Hire Will Muschamp

Desertgolf11 :

It’s over……

Timbrook Kitchens :

It’s actually time for Nebraska to have a reality check with its fans. They’re not in the big 12 anymore, NIL has balanced things where Nebraska used to be able to stock pile players. The expectations need to change.

sixburgh6 :

I just don’t understand why he got a contract extension last season. Why can’t this program be successful with the facilities and fans that we have? SMH

Jenny :

we lost to a QB with a broken hand

Gbaby20 :

Yes yes yes yes yes yes, part ways

Carlton Warnberg :

DUH

Michael Ferguson :

All I want for Christmas is this dude as our head coach!!!! Wanted him before the Rhule hire!!!!!
