@laughandgrindofficial: Cooper Ouellette prison time sentence REVEALED in the state of Connecticut, there’s a lot of leniency around offenders who have little to no record. There’s a very good chance he receives under the maximum allowable amount of 10 years… #cooper #connecticut #prison #cooperouellette #trending
And if he gets bonded out until his sentence he can get life

He will be bonded out - in CT we have what’s called PSI - presentence investigation report. It’s done by probation and has recommendations to the judge. This is a great judge. I’ve done criminal cases in CT for 30 years and a judge execution case. The alcohol to a minor will run concurrent.

Let’s hope that they aren’t concern let’s hope consecutively witch means that he has to do a hole sentence one one charge before he can be considered for a release and the courts will make the main charge be his top charge

I had a family member get killed by a distracted driver that ran a light the person who did it was young and never saw jail time so ct is definitely like that

My prediction is he will do a short stint, just enough for him to learn how to be an even bigger a-hole

All gonna depend on the judge here in Ct … but they like to give more than half of what the maximum is. With both charges running concurrently, he’s gonna get 7ish. Also keep in mind this isn’t a 50% case so he’s doing 85% plus he will never get parole being high profile & the family+prosecutor will make sure of it. He’s doing most of what he gets.

Yeah, it’s second-degree conviction because the prosecutor could not prove how she actually died they know the vehicle was involved. Could she have opened the door maybe but they couldn’t prove a reasonable doubt that she did not open the door.
