Private Nurse here.. get doggy pads they’re cheaper.. than the regular pads.. put them wherever he sits.. and medication should play for depends for him and pads.. get in contact with his doctor and have them get a referral for them to be delivered to your home.. hope this helps

Go on Amazon and get one of these for the chair that like he sits in. It will help. If not, get like an old bath towel. My mom had a stroke in 2020, and these are a lifesaver. I don't know if she's ever thought about using like pull-ups for him

There’s a company that you can get free supplies to help with incontinence I can tag you in the video if you guys are open to it. As a dementia CNA you guys are angels for keeping him home with familiar faces. It’s so important for people with dementia to have familiar faces. All love to you guys. 🫶🏻

Parents who are potty training take off the couch covers put the cushions in a bag and put the cover back on so if there’s an accident all you need to wash is the cover

Get the washable chux pads you can get like 3-5 I think in a pack. Then Walgreens brand disposable chux they’re like a peach

this is amazing!this is the support that's needed! ask Mom to double up on his pullup style undergarments n put a heavy pad lining in them. heavy on the A&D ointment to keep the mess down n his skin protected.

Contact Aeroflow Urology !! You can get FREE chuck pads and depends, wet wipes and much more! Medicare or most insurances pay !! Please ask his PCP about this. They deliver right to the door. I’m a CMA and 4 of our patients use this.
