Speaking to reporters at Mar-a-Lago, Trump compared the conflict to World War I, World War II and the war between Russia and Ukraine, saying that "nobody" was being hurt or killed. While large-scale fighting has been limited in recent weeks, Pentagon figures show that 23 American service members have died during operations related to the conflict, including 11 killed by enemy fire, and at least 865 have been wounded since February.
