Chike Pontian :

same to to my height I was so much insulted about my height and now I'm 30 and still live with the trauma

Precious Edem :

My teacher in nursery school told me I was beautiful for nothing I still remember that shit till this day

unfilteredLade🌹 :

Like ehhnnn Imagine a teacher telling me "so you can be fine like this....well it is the makeup sha. He said this during my school's cultural day in public, I cried my eyes out. That sentence alone hit me so deep that I stopped taking pictures of myself because I think I am ugly. But recently I decided to break the shell that the teacher has built in me. I won't allow words said to me when I was young ruin my life.

adegbiteadebola7 :

Watch Your Tongue. Words carry power. They can heal or hurt, encourage or discourage, build confidence or destroy it. A word spoken in seconds can leave a wound that takes years to heal. Once spoken, words cannot always be taken back.
