@corporateiowamom: Finally hit up the brand new Kura Sushi at Jordan Creek in West Des Moines and the Yoshi collab did NOT disappoint! 😭🦖💚 We fully committed to the Yoshi and the Mysterious Book menu and it was 10/10. 🍣 What we ordered off the Yoshi Menu: • Shrimp Avocado “Tail Flick” Nigiri: The yuzu cream sauce and red onion on this were so good. 🍤🥑 • “Ground Pound” Crunch Roll: Perfectly crispy shrimp tempura with a matcha cream drizzle and crunchy flakes. • “Gobble” Up Matcha Parfait: Matcha ice cream + New York cheesecake chunks?!
