@dailymail: A new study has found that men and women are more likely to associate hugs with different feelings, with men more likely to describe them as exciting and women more likely to see them as comforting. Researchers at the University of Bristol surveyed more than 15,000 adults for the study, published in the journal PLOS One, and found that 3.9% of men linked hugs with excitement, compared with just 0.8% of women. Around a third of women associated hugs with comfort, compared with a quarter of men, while 70% of all participants remembered hugs for their positive emotional impact. #relationships #viral #Science #study #hugs
