Erica :

It’s giving West Chester off campus housing

_Catherine_+3 :

West Chester PA or NY

Roro Bobo :

sold for 210k, 10 years ago. not a single improvement done and looks on worse shape

mango potango :

lmao I lived in the house directly next door to that in all of high school, college (when I was home) and a little after; my parents moved out 10 years ago...anyway, I feel qualified to say that this is not worth the money! it's directly on west chester pike, where market street converts to west chester pike, so it's noisy, and it will nevvvvvver look like the ai "potential"

Susie :

Definitely thought it be more expensive knowing wc

dee_best1 :

Not gonna lie I swore you were gonna say over half a mil

Moeneeeky :

I'd pay about 80 grand for that cause it's a total gut project

Big Woman 💕 :

I live in WC and I watched all of Greystone be built $1.2 million. took my daughter to one of the birthday parties in these houses. I shut the front door and the whole house shook. 😂😂 one thing I will say is I’m a DoorDasher on the side and I deliver to all of these houses out here and they tip good.

jul :

i toured and i wish it looked like those pictures girl😭😭

shay :

girl do malvern it’s absolutely diabolical

MommaP :

THIS IS ON MY STREET!!!! Lmao! Circle Ave in WC Pa! It’s a cute little house. The price dropped 20k!😂

court.eckard2022 :

I said don’t say over 300. That’s a fixer upper. 🤣😳🤣

Tonya :

So ridiculous. The prices of houses around here is astronomical and isn’t going to get any better.

imageracin :

and it's West Chester! So it's going to be astronomically expensive!

Marsha Greene :

lol I drove past this one yesterday 😅 this one is wild 4 sure

Debbie Snyder695 :

Wow that’s sad

OceanWanderer :

I guess 400k!

carly lynn🤍 :

Pleaseeeeee do Wayne, PA in Delaware county. I recently saw a realtors tiktok showing off a 1,600sqft, 3 bed/2 bath, home for over a million

Peaches :

Georgie Mosloski :

Wow insane!! I live in Delco right near west Chester .. and the prices here are just as insane

Looked at that place. Needed a bunch of updates for the asking price.

MO :

Tiffany 🦋🦋 :
