My Debt Payoff Journey :
I’m probably the biggest procrastinator these days. I never used to be that way, but with everything I have going on, especially keeping up with my grandkids’ activities, I’m just exhausted most of the time. Today I actually stayed home from my grandson’s basketball game so I could get my house cleaned up. We have more commitments this afternoon and evening, and staying home was the only way I could get caught up on the things that needed to be done around the house.

I have some meat I need to can today too. I bought some pork chops and a pork shoulder. I love to can my pork shoulder in quarts so I can do about a dozed tamales at a time. Makes it so easy to throw together without feeling like I have to make 100 at a time.
