@madelynerose: THE POWER OF FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE, A KITCHEN REMODEL, AND NEW FLOORS. We got this place looking like a lived in museum with a budget and good power tools… The kitchen remodel was by far the most expensive thing done to update this condo. We also ripped out a wall that separated the dining room from the living room. THE CARPET ALSO HAF TO GO! Other than that, the biggest expense was having an electrician install pendant lights, a new chandelier, and the other mounted all lights. We thrifted SO MANY pieces, Frequented antique stores, and stalked Facebook marketplace like our lives depended on it. It’s still a work in progress, but it’s so fun to see what we’ve accomplished!!! If it was my house, I’d be using paint to elevate the guest room and bathrooms too but my mom refuses to paint anything…I do what I can ;/ #homemakeover #renovation #beforeandafterhome #homedecorideas
