I don't have that much problem if it was exposing secret and reality. Both appearing physically (after getting trust) and breaching electronic device personal privacy to steal information and using the information(business idea) for their benefit is a crime. Then disseminating disinformation, misinformation and with manipulation of information to deliberately deceive and control peoples to make them act in the way they want. That is another higher level of betrayal.
