@kenneth.oxxqn_5856_404: Jax Taylor is asking his estranged wife, Brittany Cartwright, to pay him more than $17,000 every month as their divorce battle continues. According to TMZ, the 47-year-old former Vanderpump Rules star has requested $17,401 in monthly spousal support. He also wants Cartwright to cover $250,000 in legal fees and another $10,000 for a forensic accountant. Taylor claims he is unemployed and has lost major work opportunities because of allegations made by Cartwright. He says those claims cost him a spot on Fox's Special Forces and ended his partnership with Carpe Deodorant. Cartwright previously accused Taylor of a pattern of domestic viol*nce. In court documents, she alleged that he used communication about their son, Cruz, to har*ss and threaten her. Those allegations remain claims made by Cartwright. Taylor's financial filing also raises questions. He reported earning just over $30,000 per month during the previous year, with monthly expenses of $28,944. He reportedly listed more than $464,000 in bank accounts and nearly $195,000 in other property. The dispute now extends beyond money. Taylor is also asking the court to remove Cartwright's authority to make medical decisions for Cruz, citing alleged concerns about the child's care. Their marriage may be ending, but the legal disagreements over finances and parenting are far from resolved.
