@kaysher97: 🚩 THE APARTMENT REVEAL 🚩 After months of storytimes, I’m finally sharing where all of these experiences happened: The Clark at Village District (formerly The Berkshire), 2128 Clark Ave, Raleigh, NC, managed by RPM Living. The current lease dispute is what finally pushed me to share the name, but unfortunately, it’s far from the only issue I’ve experienced during my three years living here. Over the years, I’ve dealt with: MAINTENANCE & APPLIANCES * A dishwasher that was broken for nearly the first six months of my tenancy. It wasn’t replaced until it was overheating so badly that it was burning hot to the touch. * A washing machine repaired using a damaged part with a hole in it, which caused my closet to flood and damaged my vacuum. Management initially said they would cover the vacuum because it was their mistake, but later backed out. * Blinds that were falling apart. The head of maintenance actually told me they were supposed to have been replaced before I even moved in. They were never replaced during my three years there. BUILDING & PROPERTY ISSUES * Repeated elevator breakdowns and ridiculously long wait times, even when the elevator is working. * Birds repeatedly tearing material from my window screens to build nests, leaving massive holes. Management refused to replace them, meaning I couldn’t comfortably open my windows without bugs flying inside. * Building power washing that sent water into my apartment through my open windows. When I complained, I was told that if I had a problem with it, I could sue. * Multiple instances of maintenance entering my apartment without advance notice, including once while I was showering. Fire alarms CONSTANTLY going off.. MANAGEMENT & COMMUNICATION * Their rent payment system went down, and residents were still threatened with late fees, late notices, and eviction-related notices over payments that weren’t processed because of the system issue. * And now, a lease extension dispute after I was told a full month was required, only to later be told that information was incorrect. The manager is now claiming I insisted on extending through a date I didn’t actually need, based on a verbal conversation that never happened. * After escalating the issue and requesting that further communication be in writing, the higher-up I contacted stopped responding. I’ve included screenshots of some of the actual correspondence throughout the video so you can pause and read the receipts for yourselves. To be fair, the location is fantastic. You’re within walking distance of downtown Raleigh and right in Village District. But a great location doesn’t make up for the experience I’ve had living here. These are my personal experiences over three years, and based on them, I would not recommend this property. I used to live here when it was still Berkshire. The gate was always broken and eventually my car window got smashed and broken into because of it. They did nothing and warned no one after this happened and more cars got broken into. They had the audacity to raise our rent $500 so we dipped. Only good part was the location really

🍲The Perfect Beef Broth Recipe for a Family Reunion (Scene: Jesus sitting at a long, rustic wooden table filled with aiful feast) A true miracle of food multiplication that happens every Sunday--when we cook for our family with love. Follow these steps to get a clear, transparent broth full of "homecooked flavor." 🥩Nutritious Broth Ingredients 1.5 kg fresh beef (at the butcher, get a bone-in beef shank for rich texture; and a bone- rib for flavor). 1 large white onion, whole. 1 large head of garlic, washed and halved lengthwise (with skin on). 3 ears of corn, husked,, and cut into thick segments. 4 large carrots, peeled and cut into medium chunks. 4 white potatoes, washed and quartered. 3 young zucchinis, cut into rounds. 1/4 head of cabbage, cut into large chunks. 1 large handful of fresh cilantro, washed. Coarse salt, to taste. 🧑‍🍳Detailed InstructionsStep 1: Clean the meat: In your largest pot, add all the beef, the whole onion, the halved head of garlic, and a large handful of coarse salt. Cover plenty of water (about 4 to 5 liters). Step 2: The secret to clarity: Bring to a boil over high heat. Pay close attention: as it starts boil, a layer of dark, gray foam will rise to the surface. Repeatedly skim off and discard this foam with a spoon. This is the key secret to keeping the broth clear and free off-flavors. Step 3: Slow simmer: Once the broth stops foaming, turn the heat down to medium-low. Cover the pot and simmer patiently for 15 to 2 hours. When you poke the meat with a fork, it should feel very tender and start to fall off the bone. Step 4: The order of vegetables Do not add all the vegetables at once. First, add the corn (the hardest kind), cover the pot, and cook for 15 minutes. Step 5: Perfect texture: the quartered carrots and potatoes. Stir gently and cook for another 12 minutes. #Christianity #DivineGrace #ReligiousIcon #Jesus #foryou
