@bouviergroupfl: I once made a critical mistake as a condo buyer. 🦖🎧 I bought a bottom-floor condo with concrete block on the first floor and wood frame on the second. I saw it three times, but only in the afternoon, when it was quiet. Then I moved in. The cat jumping off the couch. High heels at 10 PM. Parties until 2 AM. And the sounds of passion at 6 AM. A good local agent knows to ask how a building is constructed, and to have you visit at different times of the day. Buying or selling?
