Sadly or not, but boxbraids are the ONLY hairstyle that helps me to handle my hair, I'm slavic, and my hair is VERY, very fluffy, wavy and thick, I don't have time nor want to straighten or braid it daily. I sadly could not find any other solve for my hair issue, and I'm endlessly grateful to black people who made those hairstyles, they're gorgeous and helpful .
