@h2plantbasedbeauty: Today kicked off our Black Girls Run family reunion as we celebrate 15 years! 🖤🏃🏾‍♀️ Groups from Houston and surrounding areas came together for a morning of running, laughter, and sisterhood. I started with 3 miles testing out the new Allswift women's carbon-plated running shoes, followed by another 2 miles at an easy pace with one of our newer runners to help her get familiar with the trail. I'm really enjoying these shoes! Lightweight, great bounce and spring, and an affordable carbon-plated option. I'll definitely be wearing them for speed work, intervals, and workouts.
