He says preliminary findings show that at one key energy facility the Russians used KN-23 missiles made and supplied by North Korea (Euronews). Kyiv Post reports the barrage also hit substations linking the Rivne and Khmelnytskyi nuclear power plants to Kyiv, the North Bridge and a kindergarten, and wounded nine people. Zelensky says Russia is trying to pressure Ukraine's position before trilateral talks in Abu Dhabi on November 10-11 (Kyiv Post). 2) Iran: The Revolutionary Guard says it has lifted its self-imposed limit of 2,000 kilometers on its ballistic missile range, and AP notes Iran is not known to have missiles that go beyond it (ABC News). Trump says the US carried out another round of "minor" strikes on Friday, targeting an air defense system (Guardian). CENTCOM is setting up Task Force Iron Gate to restrict Iran's movement of weapons and sanctioned material across its land borders (Reuters via Arab News). 3) Yemen: A spokesman for the Houthi-run health ministry says airstrikes in the village of al-Shariya near Sanaa killed 22 people, mostly women and children, and accuses Saudi Arabia, which has not commented (ABC News). On Friday a missile hit a market in Taiz province, and each side blames the other (Al Jazeera).
