Sometimes… I think the immense amount of consideration for he grandchildren is an indirect apology to us as their children. Would they have done it? Probably not. Should they have done it, and maybe they wish they did? Maybe. We can laugh about it but deep down we feel it.

My Dad at 9:57pm at Target because I bought my son a Garbage Truck at ROSS but he wanted the one from 🎯 The freaking thing was $40!!! Long story short, I had to return my ROSS toy because grandpa got him the one he wanted.

My whole LIFE my dad has bought me a strawberry filled birthday cake and forgets EVERY year I'm highly allergic to strawberries 😆 🤣 😂 BUT will go to 5 different restaurants to get my kids whatever they want from where they want it! lol
