arent body cams placed at chest level? it wouldn't be able to see exactly from the cops eye level, so the cop could have seen the light without the cam seeing it too

Ik that this cop is Sus but I feel like opening a trunk because you’re suspicious of a liquid dripping out of vehicle may be blood I think that warrants probable cause. If I was on the jury or I was a judge that’s what I would believe
