Ok but wearing the mask of something soft and sweet and kind because the face of a fox is that if a ‘thief’, a ‘deceiver’. The face of a wolf is that of ‘brutality’ of ‘violence’. We did not ask to be born with fangs or claws we did not ask to need the flesh of others to survive. So we hide, and instead feast upon ourselves in hopes others will look upon us with the kindness we cannot afford to show ourselves.

this reminds me of a psa i seen basically two predators were catfishing each other as kids on social media and when they finally met up they didnt say anything, just looked at each other for a second and walked past

This is how i feel as someone who has a close selection of friends, and when I’m in a class “alone” I only ever partner up with the other quiet kid. We just automatically go together.

they are both predators wearing the face of prey, looking innocent from a innocent perspective, but since they’re both predators they immediately know it’s not just a innocent bunny or deer, but rather a predator just as they are.

Am I the only interpreted it as them both wanting to die, and recognizing it in each other? My explanation is this, the fox is dressed as the bunny and bunnies get hunted down and killed by other predators; the wolf is dressed as a deer, which also gets hunted down and killed. The two animals that usually get killed most often.
