do not lather shampoo in ur hands because it defeats the purpose. put directly on scalp. also, dont put shampoo on ur ends because it dries it out. instead let the shampoo run off when rinsing

I wet my hair real good, I use conditionner for my ends to take off the oil, I rinse and then I shampoo, ever since I started doing that my hair felt super clean after the shower and not greasy
