There’s a BIG difference between chemicals used to manufacture a vaccine and what actually remains in the final dose. Formaldehyde is used to inactivate the flu virus. Octoxynol-9 (Triton X-100) helps break it into smaller pieces so your immune system can recognize it. Almost all of these processing agents are removed, leaving only tiny, regulated residual amounts. And here’s something else worth knowing. Your child’s body naturally produces formaldehyde every single day! In medicine, the name of a chemical doesn’t tell us whether it’s dangerous. The dose, exposure, and evidence matter. Parents deserve transparency. They deserve answers to their questions.
