hey so aside from intrusive thoughts out of control intrusive thoughtd, something a little different JUS happened i'm litteraly crying right now please help 😭 so basically i was talking and then i said something OUT LOUD, it was impulsive but it didn't feel like "i was out of control like i usually do, but immediatly questioned what i said because i absolutetly did not agree with it and i was telling myself "why did i say that? that's extremely disrespectful, i would NEVER EVER say that, and i indeed would never" i immediatly questioned the reason why i said that one sentence out loud and willingly BUT I IMMEDIATLY QUESTIONED IT and realized wtf did i just say i deeply regretted it and felt extreme guilt towards a dear person to me because it felt disrespectful to them even if i didn't mean it at all and i would NEVER say something like that, do you think it's OCD too or it's just me? i have been dealing with OCD for the past four weeks and it got worse overtime it feels like i'm forced into a different person that's not me
