I’m personally not vegan but being a vegan is great and you can live a normal HEALTHY life being vegan the amount of times I’ve had to argue about this is insane you can’t get vit b9 and b12 and vit A (retinol) not beta carrotine but you can get these nutrients through supplements and fortified foods and if they dare even mention amino acids and shit you can get all essential amino acids by making a meal that’s mixing your lbv protines and you can still get hbv protines from lentils soya ect
