It’s pretty well known that if your diabetic you shouldn’t get pedicures regardless of it being sanitary. Getting your feet taken care of by a podiatrist is recommended over a salon.

The salon I go to opens a fresh pack of sterilized tools with every pedicure. When a technician dropped a tool, she opened a new pack to finish my treatment. I’m in the PDX area as well. That’s the kind of sanitation I expect

It's common for these Salons to reuse tools. Inspect their sterilization devices before you do business at one. They should have an oven and a chemical bath.

All Diabetics should know not to have anyone other than a podiatrist touching his feet. He's probably going too loose this case.
