ugh i wish they kept that scene in the movies bc it would directly show how coin was no better than snow

is this a safe space to say that i am…not pleased…with lionsgate’s adaptation? they left out several very essential things like this and Madge

The crazy thing is, I have a theory that it was Gale. They had no peacekeepers. They barely had any staff so which person among the handful of people there would have been not only mentally competent enough to torture somebody but physically strong enough?

all for taking a slice of bread, coin is such a good wordplay on the name too, there’s two sides to every coin and they are equal

I loved them keeping Effie in the movies but I wish they didn’t remove this, it was such crucial foreshadowing

They definitely traded the prep team for Effie, but I liked how much Effie was in the movie! Elizabeth Banks did a great job.

although the effie rewrite for the movies i liked cause i love elizabeth banks i do think it took a lot of the gut punch out of the way 13 treated capitolites

When I read this scene, I was so ready for Katniss to throw hands. I don’t understand why they didn’t keep it in the movie. I feel like it was when we really started to see another perspective and questioned some of the resistance’s morality. It was such a pivotal moment.
