Расследование уголовного дела по факту гибели военнослужащих во время учений Военно-морских сил в Мангистауской области продолжается. Следственные органы допросили более 300 человек и провели свыше 30 экспертиз и исследований. Об этом сообщили в пресс-службе Генеральной прокуратуры, передает Liter.kz. По информации ведомства, следователи провели комплекс мероприятий, направленных на всестороннее и объективное установление обстоятельств трагедии. В рамках расследования по подозрению в халатном отношении к службе и нарушении правил кораблевождения с санкции суда под стражу взяли восемь должностных лиц. Среди них – главнокомандующий Военно-морскими силами Вооруженных сил, его первый заместитель и заместитель по боевой подготовке, командиры двух воинских частей, батальона и роты морской пехоты, а также капитан катера. “В соответствии со ст. 201 Уголовно-процессуального кодекса иные данные досудебного расследования разглашению не подлежат. В ближайшее время планируется окончание следственных действий и ознакомление участников уголовного процесса с материалами дела”, – информирует Генпрокуратура. Ход расследования находится на особом контроле Генеральной прокуратуры. Напомним, трагедия произошла 24 сентября во время учений Военно-морских сил в Мангистауской области. Из-за резкого ухудшения погоды и усиления ветра 17 военнослужащих унесло в открытое море. Троих удалось спасти, 14 человек погибли. Поисковая операция завершилась утром 25 сентября после обнаружения тел двух пропавших военнослужащих.
