NO INVESTIGATION NEEDED. They just missed the memo that has been out since 1969 — Dont fly at Hi speed into a Tstorm. Especially if you have ice on the wings. And for Co-Pilots — Dont let the Captain fly at Hi speed into a Tstorm unless you want to die.
