@ashleyrecipes_2.0: Sticky Garlic Butter Steak Bites over Crispy Parmesan Smashed Potatoes Save this recipe! Servings: 4 Ingredients Crispy Parmesan Smashed Potatoes 2 lbs baby Yukon Gold potatoes 3 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp melted butter 4 cloves garlic, minced ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp smoked paprika Salt and cracked black pepper Garlic Butter Steak Bites 1½ lbs sirloin or ribeye, cut into irregular bite-size pieces 1 tbsp avocado oil 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp smoked paprika Salt and cracked black pepper 4 tbsp butter 5 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley Creamy Steakhouse Sauce ½ cup mayonnaise ¼ cup sour cream 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 small garlic clove, finely grated ½ tsp smoked paprika Cracked black pepper For the Finish Crispy bacon crumbles Fresh parsley Thinly sliced green onions Freshly grated Parmesan Extra cracked black pepper Instructions 1. Boil the Potatoes Boil the baby potatoes in salted water for 15–18 minutes, until fork-tender. Drain and let them steam dry for about 5 minutes. 2. Smash the Potatoes Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and gently smash each one, leaving the broken edges and different thicknesses to become extra crispy. 3. Season the Potatoes Mix olive oil, melted butter, garlic, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush generously over the potatoes and sprinkle with Parmesan. 4. Roast the Potatoes Roast at 425°F (220°C) for 25–30 minutes until the bottoms and ragged edges are deeply golden and crispy. 5. Prepare the Steak Pat the steak completely dry. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and plenty of black pepper. 6. Cook the Steak Heat avocado oil in a skillet until very hot. Add the steak in a single layer and sear for about 2 minutes without moving it. Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes. Work in batches so the steak sears instead of steaming. 7. Make the Garlic Butter Reduce the heat. Add butter, garlic, followed by Worcestershire and honey. Toss the steak briefly until the butter becomes glossy. 8. Prepare the Creamy Steakhouse Sauce Whisk together all of the steakhouse sauce ingredients until creamy. 9. Assemble the Dish Arrange the Parmesan smashed potatoes on a plate. Add a light drizzle of steakhouse sauce. 10. Add the Steak Pile the garlic butter steak bites directly on top of the potatoes. Spoon a little of the garlicky pan butter over everything. 11. Final Touch Finish with crispy bacon, green onions, parsley, Parmesan, cracked pepper, and another thin drizzle of steakhouse sauce. Enjoy! 🥩🧄🥔 #EasyMealPrep #DinnerIdeas #EasyRecipe #quickmeals #chicken
