W the water I would recommend letting a few grains of high quality salt like a fancy one under the tongue, I have so much water retention in all the wrong places, constantly have to pee BC I drink litres of water a day and it doesn't hydrate me at allllll, thanks for reminding me to eat my salt aha 🩵
