The professor had no right to speak to him that way. He’s selfish, manipulative, and deliberately used two exes with unresolved baggage for his own agenda. Youjin even ended up in the hospital because of his schemes, all while he positioned himself as the good guy. He can’t even be honest about his own feelings, but people are treating him like some kind of hero. 😏

This is going to be the first kdrama which i don’t really care if he ends up with the FL I really wish he has his own happy ending with no anxiety of death or another illness and life his life to the fullest he can 😣😔

no one in this show is perfect, they all make mistakes, but they are all trying there best. So I really don't understand why the ml and fl get so much hate. this drama is a slice of life, so obviously the characters will be realistic. How do you expect a two times cancer surviver, who also was left by his mother, to be confident? he makes mistakes but they're understandable

People also trying to ship Yujin with the Prof which is ok but if that were the case Minjae will most likely give up on himself even more and will prolly succumb to another cancer relapse or end his own life since he thinks he is a burden. My argument is that Minjae needs some1 like Yujin but he himself needs to be more honest with her and also open up about his insecurities with her or else its gonna be difficult. Ik its not an easy thing to do but its really hard to go past your limits in thinking your good enough for some1 when society thinks you are less than you acc are worth. Minjae is by far the best character in the show by a mile. I really do want to see him happy and for those who say they should not be together just dont understand, if he cannot connect with Yujin then he will never be able to connect with any1 else bc she is the key to bringing back his self-confidence. Additionally some1 gotta spank the brother for being a dipship bc I think his words def affected Minjae decision in breaking up with her.

I don’t agree with choices he’s made especially when it comes to his relationship with the fl but lord do people in the show anger when they speak of him💀it’s like everything about him is reduced to a disability. And that is very much the harsh truth. Socially, falling short of something everyone assumes you should have makes you a pariah, the butt of the joke and the one shoved in a cage constantly.

My heart genuinely breaks for him. He’s practically an orphan, with no one to turn to. He meets his mother for the very first time, only for her to decide that amputating his leg. On top of that, he constantly faces discrimination, judgment, and disrespect from the people around him. After everything he’s been through, how could he not end up believing that he deserves love the least? He is truly blessed to have Youjin, someone who sees beyond all those things and accepts him for who he is. I hope she eventually comes to understand his heart. But even if they do not end up together, I just hope he gets to live a life where he is happy and at peace even if he has to walk through it alone.

honestly, ml messed up by not even telling her to wait or explain the situation vaguely. the fl lead is hurt and she's normally stubborn but surely she'll come around. Youjin's brother and Sejin are so very annoying. Youjin's brother has nothing for himself, no career, no money, no nothing; a useless bum.
