In a chilled bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, white chocolate powder, peppermint syrup, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and sea salt. 2. Whip using an electric hand mixer until thick, fluffy, and stiff peaks form. 3. Gently fold in the finely crushed peppermint candies at the very end. 4. Transfer to a piping bag or keep refrigerated until ready to use. To Assemble: 1. Add peppermint syrup, espresso, and a tiny pinch of sea salt to your glass. Stir until combined. 2. Add ice, milk, and a splash of Chobani Peppermint Mocha Creamer. 3. Top generously with the homemade whipped peppermint white mocha cream. 4. Enjoy! 🎄❤️ Tip: No milk needed for the whipped cream! Keep everything cold for that thick, fluffy texture. If using peppermint extract instead of syrup, start with a tiny amount since it’s very concentrated.
