Seems like the only person who has common sense was the quarterback because spiking the ball on the ground with 1 second left makes no sense at all 😂 the slight drop back and spike takes more than 1 second to do.

I dont think he knew that rule, but spiking the ball with 2 seconds, you just leaving it up to the refs and we know how inconsistent they can be

You’re not spiking the ball in a second. It takes a second to snap the ball plus the motion of the spike, that’s a full second.
