@heather.steffey.art: I’m excited to share that my painting Tucson Afterglow was selected for the Southeastern Pastel Society’s Luminosity 2026 Juried Virtual International Open Exhibition! 🎨✨ Out of 467 submitted artworks, only 151 were selected, an acceptance rate of approximately 32%. The exhibition was juried by William A. Schneider, a nationally recognized artist whose credentials include Master Pastelist with the Pastel Society of America, Eminent Pastelist with the International Association of Pastel Societies, and Master Signature memberships with Oil Painters of America and the American Impressionist Society. I’m honored to have my work selected for this international exhibition alongside so many talented pastel artists. Luminosity 2026 runs November 7 through December 31, 2026.
