@opvortex_yt: LUFFY’S NEW MONKEY FORM COULD BE MUCH BIGGER THAN WE THINK! 🐒 Just imagine Luffy standing next to Zoro and Sanji in this new transformation. He could literally look like a giant beside them! And the reason I’m saying this is because of what we saw with Zaza. Zaza is already huge, yet Luffy was able to grab him with his hand, and the size of Luffy’s fist was just as enormous in that manga panel. That alone gives us an idea of just how massive this new form could be! There’s also something important about his appearance that people shouldn’t overlook. Luffy still has his Gear 5 hair and shorts colour, which are both white in the manga panel we saw. This suggests that he hasn’t left Gear 5 but is most likely using another transformation or variation while retaining his Gear 5 state. Another thing I wouldn’t be so quick to assume is that his entire body will actually be black. Remember when Gear 4 was first revealed in the manga? Its appearance was shown in black and white, but when we eventually saw it animated, Luffy’s body had a reddish colour because of his Haki. The same thing could happen with this new Monkey King form. The black appearance might not represent its actual colour, and I wouldn’t be surprised if Oda gives this transformation a completely different colour scheme. Personally, I think there’s a good chance this form will have a reddish colour similar to Gear 4 because of the Haki connection. Imagine a gigantic red-furred Monkey King Luffy standing beside Zoro and Sanji. THAT WOULD BE INSANE! #onepiece

What’s cool about Goku vs Luffy. Luffys character style, mindset and spirit were inspired by Goku. But Oda took a different approach when it came to the “Monkey” part of it. Goku is inspired by Wu Kong but Luffy was inspired by Hanuman.
