Kierra Coles · Chicago, Illinois · 2018 — she called out sick from her mail route. That night a store camera caught her at an ATM. Police say it is the last image of her ever recorded. Share her face. 🔎 Know anything? U.S. Postal Inspection Service: 1-877-876-2455 (say "Law Enforcement") · reference Case No. 2693502-WPV · reward up to $250,000 Missing person · public awareness. Kierra Coles was 26, a U.S. Postal Service letter carrier on Chicago's South Side, and three months pregnant. On Tuesday, October 2, 2018, she called out sick from work. That night cameras recorded her going into her home in the 8100 block of South Vernon Avenue in the Chatham neighborhood, then driving off in her own car, in the driver's seat, with a man police have not publicly named. At about 10:43 p.m. a store camera in the 8600 block of South Cottage Grove Avenue recorded her making two ATM withdrawals. She walked out about three minutes later. Chicago police say those are the last recorded images of Kierra. The next day her car was back near her home. Her phone was still inside. No one has ever been arrested. In August 2026 the U.S. Postal Inspection Service raised its reward to up to $250,000, ten times its first $25,000 reward. Kierra is 5'4", about 125 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. She has a heart tattoo on her right hand and "Lucky Libra" tattooed on her back. She turned 34 on September 24, 2026. Her mother still asks if she ever had her baby. ONLINE THEORIES · UNVERIFIED (public speculation, not fact): some think she planned to meet someone that day; others believe someone saw her later that night and never came forward. None of it has been proven, and no one is accused here. If you know anything, call the U.S. Postal Inspection Service at 1-877-876-2455, say "Law Enforcement" and reference Case No. 2693502-WPV. Please share her photo, and please don't speculate or name individuals in the comments.
