I have most of these except bleeding I had before years ago ended up with narrowing colon then prolapse fistula almost sepsis. No weight loss but big swollen stomach. previous surgeries intestinal and recurring hernias. reconstruction for diastasis recti and removing old mesh. Nothing helps constipation. seeing a GI this month.

hello im most of the time constipated i sometimes have to drink Epsom salt water to.make open bells. i drink lots of boiling water but stil dont make open bells. now then i will go to the toilet. sometimes theres mucus. what can i take or drink to go regular to the toilet. is something to worry about
